• For custom orders, final specifications (size, color, pattern) provided by the customer are considered final.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delays due to customs, natural disasters, courier issues, or other unforeseen factors are not under TurnLoops’ control.
• Once shipped, the responsibility transfers to the courier. We provide shipment tracking when available.
