At TURNLOOPS, we take pride in the quality of our rugs and want you to be fully satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how to request a return or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
  • You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Custom or personalized rugs (those made according to your specifications) are not eligible for return unless we made a manufacturing error.
  • Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos for evaluation.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
  • Email us at support@turnloops.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  • We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
Refunds & Processing
  • If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item is returned damaged beyond normal wear or missing parts.
Restocking Fees
  • For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
  • The fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with clear images.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping charges.
Shipping & Packaging
  • Returns should be packaged securely in original packaging where possible.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — TURNLOOPS is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.
